Venue highlights

• Main hall capacity is currently stated as up to 200 people, or around 140 with tables and chairs in use.
• A smaller meeting room is also available for meetings of up to 8 people.
• A permanent sound and lighting setup is available in the hall.
• Kitchen facilities are available, with extra crockery and storage access arranged in advance when needed.
• The Hub aims to be welcoming and inclusive for the diverse local community.

Important policy notes

• The parish council does not permit the private hire of outdoor spaces around the Hub.
• The football pitch is not available for family parties or informal overflow use. It is only available to properly organised sports teams registered with a sporting association, and then only for training or matches.
• The external booking system remains the place to check availability and confirm reservations.
• If your question is not answered online, contact the bookings address and the trustees can respond directly.
