This guide brings the most useful parts of the facilities list into the site so hirers can scan it more easily before they book.
What is available as standard
- Main hall with a permanently installed portable stage.
- Kitchen with fridges, microwave, kettles, oven, hob and grill.
- 14 trestle tables in the hall store, including 4 lower tables better suited to children.
- Additional round tables, chairs and serving stock available from storage when arranged in advance.

Furniture and event setup
- Tables in the hall store: 10 full-size trestle tables and 4 lower tables better suited to children.
- Extra tables: 12 large round tables are stored separately and should be requested in advance.
- Chairs: 45 chairs are kept in the hall, with additional chairs available in storage if you let the bookings team know beforehand.
- Stage: the portable stage is permanently installed at the end of the hall.
Advance notice helps on the day.
The extra crockery, utensils, glasses and some larger furniture are stored in locked rooms. If you need them, include that request on your booking form or email the trustees no later than one week before your booking.
Housekeeping notes
- Linen is not provided, including tablecloths, dish cloths and tea towels.
- The Hub does not provide rubbish or recycling facilities, so all waste must be taken away at the end of your hire.
