How do I find out about availability and book?

The easiest and quickest way to view up to date availability is to start with our availability page, which then links you through to the live booking system when you are ready. If you still need help, please email bookings@flaxbourtonhub.org.

What is the capacity of hall?

Up to 200 people are permitted in the hall, or around 140 when tables and chairs are used. Please note that you are responsible for the safety of your guests for the duration of your hire. You can also read our sound and lighting guide.

What are the dimensions of the hall?

Can I play music in the hall?

You are very welcome to play music in the hall until 11pm. Please note that you are responsible for the safety of your guests for the duration of your hire. We have a sound system installed in the hall which you are welcome to use. You can read the sound and lighting guide here.
