  • How do I find out about availability and book?
    The easiest and quickest way to view up to date availability and book is to look at our calendar of current events on our online booking site
  • What is the capacity of hall?
    Up to 200 people are permitted in the hall or 140 when tables and chairs are used.
  • What are the dimensions of the hall?
  • Can I play music in the hall?
    You are very welcome to play music in the hall until 11pm.
  • Do you have speakers/a sound system?
    We do not have speakers or a sound system at the hall.
  • Do you have kitchen facilities?

  • What kitchen crockery/utensils/glasses are available?

  • How many tables and chairs are available to use?

  • Do you have a bar?
    We do not have a bar. If you wish to sell alcohol on the premises you will need to apply for a temporary events licence from North Somerset Council
  • Can I use the outside space?
    Please contact bookings@flaxbourtonhub.org to enquire. Please note that the football pitch adjacent to the hall is in use on most Saturdays for football training.
  • Can I view the hall? Yes!
    By arrangement - please contact bookings@flaxbourtonhub.org to enquire.
  • Can I have a bouncy castle in the hall?
    Yes. Please note that you are responsible for the safety of your guests for the duration of your hire.
  • Do you have rubbish/recycling facilities?
    Unfortunately not. All hirers must remove all rubbish and recycling at the end of their hire.
  • Is there WIFI?
    We do not currently have this facility available
  • Do you have a projector/screen to hire?
    We do not currently have this facility available
